Welcome to the official website of Koperasi CHUNG LING Membership Card. Since September 2009 we launched back the membership card to entitle members enjoy the 5% rebates, now the 1st batch membership had finished.
Anyway, we are planning to do a new one with new design! So now we are organizing a competition for everyone to show out his design! Show off your creativity on the card to others. By this competition, you can enjoy your holidays with designing stuffs or make yourself creative! =)

Terms and Conditions:
- The card must have the words of "KOPERASI CHUNG LING MEMBERSHIP CARD".
- The card must included CHUNG LING logo.
- The card must not have any negative contents such as politics, racists, sex or violence and many more.
- You can use the photos of Co-operative Club or any pictures from Koperasi shop to design.
- Kindly used up the CD-R that we provided to you and send back to us
- Perhaps you can send it online by email to us clhskoperasi@gmail.com
- Committees have the right to correct the terms and conditions without prior notice!
